About the Job:
1. Drive to (2) 40 acre properties near Ogema (just southwest of the township) and take 35+ pictures using Smart Phone or Camera
a. Must be able to use GPS coordinates (Longitude & Latitude) in Google Maps, On X Maps Hunting App or similar to get to location since property does not have an address
b. Must be able to hike or use ATV since the road does not go through the properties. The Road is 70 yards from Property A and there is a trail to get there. Property B is farther in as seen in the picture but there are trails
c. Must be able to follow very basic guidelines to be given for picture taking
d. Exact property location with corner gps coordinates and maps to be provided once work contracted. It is in the immediate area of Highway I and Hallberg Rd in Ogema. Property A is not located on a road (THERE IS LEGAL ACCESS TO PROPERTY VIA LOCAL ROAD) but is just 70 yards from Hallberg Rd. Hiking or ATV will be required.
2. About the Photos: Photographer is taking real estate photos of raw land for use in marketing purposes. It is important the pictures be clear and bright, to help provide a sense of the landscape and look marketable.
a. Camera or Smart Phone pictures are acceptable
b. Pictures to be Emailed at highest resolution
3. $125 to be paid via PayPal, Zelle, or check upon receipt of pictures
